Seed to Soul Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to extending embodied, trauma-informed care into communities where access to healing support is limited or unavailable.

We work to make care accessible, relational, and rooted in dignity — meeting people where they are and honoring the wisdom of lived experience.

Seed to Soul Within the Collective

Seed to Soul Foundation operates in intentional partnership with creACTive Wellness Center.

Participation in classes, private sessions, and events through creACTive helps sustain Seed to Soul’s nonprofit work — allowing embodied care to extend beyond the studio and into the wider community.

This model allows personal practice and collective care to exist together, without division.

Why This Work Matters

Many people have access to healing spaces, practices, and support — while many others do not.

Seed to Soul was created to bridge that gap by bringing embodied, trauma-informed support into settings where resources are limited and healing is often overlooked.

Our work centers safety, choice, and relationship, recognizing that care unfolds through presence and trust — not urgency or expectation.

What We Support

Seed to Soul Foundation supports programs and partnerships that make embodied care more accessible, including:

  • trauma-informed movement and mindfulness practices

  • community-based and outreach programs

  • care-centered gatherings and education

  • partnerships that serve underserved or transitional communities

Programs are designed to be accessible, respectful, and responsive to the needs of the communities served.

No promises. No outcomes language. Very clean.
