Individual Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions offer a deeply personal, one-on-one experience that supports healing and self-discovery through the wisdom of the body. These sessions weave together gentle movement, breath awareness, and compassionate dialogue to help you explore the connection between physical sensations, emotions, and inner awareness.

Rather than fixing or pushing, this work invites you to slow down and listen — allowing insight to arise naturally from within. Sessions unfold at your pace and are guided by what feels most present for you, creating a safe and supportive space for awareness, integration, and choice.

This work can be especially supportive if you are navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, recovery, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, or a desire for deeper clarity and alignment. No yoga experience is required, and all bodies are welcome. It pairs wonderfully with those engaged in talk therapy.
