This deeply nourishing, all-levels Yin Yoga class is an invitation to rest, release, and gently reconnect with your body. Poses are held for longer periods of time and are fully supported, allowing you to target the deeper connective tissues — joints, ligaments, fascia, and the quiet places where tension and stress tend to linger.

Yin Yoga is especially supportive for those experiencing stiffness, chronic aches, arthritis, stress, or simply the feeling of being “wound up” from daily life. With minimal movement and a calm, grounding pace, this practice helps improve mobility, increase circulation in the joints, and soothe the nervous system.

No flexibility or yoga experience is required. You’ll be guided with care, offered modifications, and encouraged to listen to your body every step of the way.

Expect to leave feeling softer in your body, quieter in your mind, and deeply relaxed — many students say this is the best sleep they get all week.
