Trapeze Journey is an all-levels, grounded, and supportive class that invites you to explore Trapeze Yoga in a calm, accessible way — no swinging, no circus tricks, and no prior experience required.
Using the yoga trapeze as a prop, you’ll be gently guided through movements that support your body while challenging it to your desired level. The trapeze helps create stability, take pressure off the joints, and offer a sense of safety as you explore stretching, strengthening, balance, and supported rest.
Each class is taught step-by-step, with options and modifications so you can move at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you. Whether you’re brand new to trapeze or simply curious about a different way to practice, this class offers a playful yet grounding experience that builds confidence in your body.
