Our Work
Embodied care where it is most needed.
Embodied care where it is most needed.
Seed to Soul Foundation brings embodied, trauma-informed care into communities where healing support is limited or inaccessible. Our work centers presence, dignity, and nervous system regulation for people navigating trauma, recovery, and deep life transitions.
We work in relationship — meeting individuals and organizations where they are, and offering care that is grounded, respectful, and responsive to lived experience.

We work with individuals and communities impacted by complex and ongoing stress — including trauma, addiction, displacement, and systemic harm.
Our current and ongoing relationships include:
• people in recovery homes and recovery-based programs
• veterans navigating trauma, transition, and reintegration
• trauma survivors seeking embodied, non-judgmental support
• communities underserved by traditional wellness and mental health systems
We are open to building new relationships with aligned organizations and communities in need of embodied care
Our work is rooted in presence, safety, and nervous system awareness. We offer care that supports regulation, choice, and reconnection — without pressure, performance, or expectation. Each offering is adapted to the setting, population, and needs of those being served.
Offerings include:

Body-based practices that support regulation, awareness, and relationship with self.

Accessible practices that build capacity for grounding, safety, and resilience.

Collaborative offerings designed with and for organizations serving trauma-impacted populations.

Individualized, relational care when appropriate and aligned.
Seed to Soul offers care inside partner organizations and community settings, including recovery homes and service-based programs. We also offer programming through creACTive Wellness Center when appropriate.
Our approach is flexible and relational — shaped by the environment, the people present, and the realities of each community we serve.
Why This Work Matters
Many people navigating trauma, addiction, incarceration, and systemic harm are asked to heal in environments that were never designed for safety or regulation.
Seed to Soul exists to bring embodied care into these spaces — not to fix, rush, or extract, but to offer presence, choice, and dignity.
We work with people who carry deep wounds. We meet them without judgment, without expectation, and without requiring them to be anything other than human.
If you serve trauma-impacted communities and are exploring embodied care offerings, we welcome conversation.
Seed to Soul partners with recovery homes, veteran-serving organizations, trauma-informed nonprofits, and community programs seeking embodied, relational care.

Care grows through relationship. We are honored to walk alongside those doing this work.
