The creACTive + Seed to Soul Collective exists to support healing that is embodied, relational, and extended beyond the individual — into community.

We believe healing does not happen in isolation. It happens through presence, practice, and community — and when resourced intentionally, it becomes sustainable and far-reaching.

Why This Model Exists

Many people have access to healing spaces, practices, and support — while many others do not.

This collective was created to bridge that gap.

creACTive Wellness Center provides embodied healing through classes, private sessions, and community gatherings.

Seed to Soul Foundation exists to extend that healing into underserved communities through trauma-informed, accessible programming.

Together, they form one ecosystem — where individual healing directly supports collective care.

creACTive Wellness Center and Seed to Soul Foundation operate in intentional partnership.

Participation in classes, private sessions, and events through creACTive helps fund Seed to Soul’s nonprofit programs — allowing embodied healing to reach beyond the studio and into communities where access is limited.

This model allows individuals to engage in their own healing while simultaneously supporting others — without separation between personal focus and collective care.

Embodied Healing

We center the body as a source of wisdom, regulation, and truth — honoring the nervous system, lived experience, and inner awareness as sources of wisom.

Trauma-Informed Care

Our work is grounded in safety, choice, and respect. We prioritize consent, accessibility, and attuned facilitation.
