Reiki is a calming, hands-on (or hands-off) energy therapeutic practice that supports deep relaxation and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. These private sessions offer a quiet, nurturing space to rest, receive, and allow subtle energy to support your overall well-being.

During a Reiki session, you’ll lie comfortably while gentle touch or light hovering of the hands is used to support the flow of energy through the body. Many people experience a sense of warmth, ease, spaciousness, or deep calm as the nervous system settles and tension softens.

Reiki can be especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, fatigued, or disconnected from yourself. It is also a beautiful complement to yoga, therapy, and other healing modalities. No prior experience is needed, and nothing is required of you — simply rest and receive.

Each session is guided with care and attuned to your unique needs and intentions, creating space for clarity, grounding, and gentle renewal.
